- You must not share your password with third parties
- If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, you must contact us immediately
- You are responsible for all actions carried out through your account
3. Appointment Rules
- Online appointments are confirmed subject to availability
- Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
- Repeatedly missing appointments without notice may lead to account restrictions
- Appointment times are limited to the branch's working hours
4. Unacceptable Use
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the system
- Misusing or manipulating the app or the website
- Creating an account with false information
- Attempting to access other users' data
- Using the API excessively or with malicious intent
